The ScooterX 49cc Power Kart was the 1st go kart introduced by ScooterX in 2005. This model has done very well. So well that ScooterX has added 3 more go karts since! This go kart is great for children as young as 4 years old up to an adult rider! The new 2011 model has a different tranny than the older models making it faster than ever! Up to 35mph!

The 49cc Power Kart Go Kart comes standard with the following listed features:

49cc Gas Engine  This is the most powerful 2 stroke 49cc engine of this type on the market.  Also EPA approved for our environment! 
Centrifugal Clutch This is an automatic clutch 
Solid Rubber Tires  These tires are meant for pavement or smooth surfaces only. 
Rear Disc Brakes Disc brakes are much safer than drum or band breaks (most common on chinese scooters) for the simple fact that they work MUCH better!  
Safety Flag  The flag gives you more visability and is intended for safety!
Trigger Throttle  We use the trigger throttle on our go karts, which is mounted directly on the bars. 
Hand Brake  The brake is also mounted directly to the handle bars. 
Top Speed 32-35 MPH!  Kart can go even faster with upgrades!
