The ScooterX Power Kart was the first go kart introduced by ScooterX in 2005. This model has done so well ScooterX decided to make an electric version of it. No more gas and no more noise! This kart is great for children as young as 4 years old up to an adult rider. This model is also perfect for HOA neighborhoods!
The 500W Electric Power Kart Go Kart comes standard with the following features:
| 500W Electric Motor | That's right 500 watts! This powerful 500 watt motor is powered by three 12volt batteries equaling a 36v power system. |
| Centrifugal Clutch | This is an automatic clutch |
| Solid Rubber Tires | These tires are meant for pavement or smooth surfaces only. |
| Rear Disc Brakes | Disc brakes are much safer than drum or band brakes (most common in chinese scooters) for the simple fact they work MUCH better! |
| Safety Flag | The flag gives you more visability and is intended for safety |
| Trigger Throttle | We use the trigger throttle on our go karts, which is mounted directly on the bars. |
| Hand Brake | The brake is also mounted on the handle bars. |
| Top Speed 20 MPH | 20 MPH is with a 40-50 pound rider |
| Weight Capacity | Max 200lbs. Recommended up to 175 lbs. |
